Nous avons eu la chance de confier l’organisation et la décoration de notre mariage à cette entreprise d’événementiel exceptionnelle. ENTREPRISE AU COMPORTEMENT MALHONNÊTE - À ÉVITER ABSOLUMENT ! Cette société a passé une commande de plus de 1 500 € sur notre boutique pour l’un de ses événements. Après réception confirmée des articles, elle a ouvert une procédure de rétrofacturation auprès de sa banque afin d’obtenir un remboursement. Malgré nos preuves d’expédition et de livraison, la banque a statué en sa faveur – un procédé que Stéphanie semblait parfaitement connaître. Résultat : perte nette de 1 500 € et produits conservés par la cliente. Un comportement inacceptable qui en dit long sur la fiabilité de cette entreprise.
